For our clients who are pet owners, we offer a range of non-medical services designed to ensure their beloved animals are happy, healthy, and well-cared for, even when they can't be there. Whether it's a busy workday requiring a midday potty break and walk, or an extended vacation, we provide reliable and loving care. You can have peace of mind knowing your furry, feathered, or even hoofed friends are in capable hands, getting the attention and support they need while you're away.

Here is a list of non-medical services we offer to pet families, 

Daily Care & Maintenance:

  • Dog Walking: Regular walks to provide exercise and bathroom breaks. We offer different durations (e.g., 15-minute potty breaks, 30-minute walks, 60-minute adventures).
  • Pet Sitting (Drop-In Visits): Visiting the pet in your home while you are  away for a shorter period (workday, appointment). This includes feeding, watering, playtime, administering medication (non-injectable), and cleaning up after the pet.
  • Pet Sitting (Overnight Stays): Staying overnight in your home to provide care and companionship while you are on vacation or away for an extended period. This offers more security and reduces the pet's anxiety.
  • Cat Sitting: Similar to pet sitting, but tailored to the specific needs of cats, such as litter box cleaning, playtime, and ensuring they have fresh food and water.
  • Feeding and Watering Services: Ensuring pets are fed according to their schedules and have access to fresh water, especially useful for busy owners or those with specific feeding routines.
  • Litter Box Cleaning: A standalone service or included in pet sitting, focusing on maintaining a clean and hygienic environment for cats.

Exercise & Enrichment:

Home & Pet Management Assistance:

  • Pet Taxi: Transporting pets to appointments (vet, groomer), daycare, or other locations. 
  • Medication Administration (Non-Injectable): Administering oral or topical medications as per the owner's instructions.
  • Farm Animal Care:
  • With experience on a farm we are able to offer you large animal care. Feeding, watering, checking on the well-being of horses, chickens, and other livestock while you are away.  This is tailored and more specific.

      • Effortless Errand Running: From prescription pick-ups to grabbing those last-minute items at the convenience store or collecting library books, we'll take care of those quick errands, saving you time and hassle. We also offer to do the driving so you or your loved one can still have the independence of doing this themselves while we accompany. 

       

      Short Term Childcare

      Your Local Support for Unexpected Childcare Challenges. As members of the Last Mountain Lake community, we understand the unique challenges of balancing work and family in our area. The Country Concierge is here to provide reliable short-term childcare support when those unexpected moments arise.

       

       

         

        • Bridging the Gap for Busy Parents: Whether it's a late meeting, travel delays, or a sick child, we offer a trusted solution to ensure your children are safe and cared for. We can pick them up, stay with them, or transport them as needed.

          Experienced and Caring Support: With years of experience as daycare operators, as mothers, and as grandmothers, we provide nurturing and responsible care for your children during these temporary situations.

          Short Term Child Care Clients: To utilize this service, we require a deposit (dependent on the number of children and your location). You will be put on our list which is a first-come, first-served basis. You will receive a number to call or text when the service is needed, and we will let you know if we are available on short notice. If at any time you feel the service is no longer serving you, as long as all accounts are paid, your deposit will be reimbursed.

          Please be aware: Our childcare service is intended for short-term, occasional needs and does not replace regular daycare. Contact us to discuss your specific short-term childcare requirements. Pre-booking, in some cases, is available.

                Don't let distance limit your grocery options. At The Country Concierge, we offer convenient grocery runs to the city on designated days.

                How it Works:

                • Grocery Days: We have scheduled grocery trips to the city on specific days of the week/month. You can subscribe to our Grocery Days Emails which will let you know what stores and what day you need to have your order in.
                • Option 1: Send Us Your List: Simply provide us with your grocery list, and we'll do the shopping for you. A pre-arranged deposit will be required.
                • Option 2: Order Online for Pickup: Place your grocery order and pay online for pickup. We'll collect your order and bring it back to you.
                • Delivery to Your Door: We'll deliver your groceries directly to your home, saving you a trip to the city.
                • Fridge & Freezer Stocking: If you're not home, we can even put your groceries away in the fridge or freezer for you (with prior arrangement and access).
